We needed a wheelchair accessible place and this cottage was perfect! Well built ramp for easy access. No carpets or thresholds. The master bath included a zero entry shower. The cottage was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Front porch was great for morning coffee with all of the birds chirping. The train noise wasn’t too bad and only a few came through each day. A great place!

Wonderful place! The exterior is as wonderful and inviting as the inside. The kitchen was an awesome space, we loved laying out by the pool and playing games in the living room. My teen loved having her own space in the pool house. Had all the amenities we could need: air fryer, beautiful stove &cooktop w all the pots/pans needed, and a dishwasher & washer dryer. It was a quick walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood and a few minute drive from a Walmart or the best coffee at the Cat Island Coffee Shop/Pass Christian Book Store. We hope to come back next year!

Our family of 5 stay for an extended weekend.   Good location.  Right on the beach and walking distance to eating establishments and Big Play entertainment center.  Easy to find and the host was very responsive.  Had a large balcony and roomy on the inside

Wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated home just a block from the beach—perfect location for relaxing and exploring. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We didn’t use golf cart because everything is so close, but is a great added amenity. We’d definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house was super spacious and clean. We had plenty of room for all five of us and didn’t feel cramped. Water pressure in main shower isn’t that good but that’s my only complaint. Easy instructions and great neighborhood.

The cottage was in between work and the gym. 4 minutes away to work and 4 minutes to the gym. Love the restaurants near the house . Cottage was roomy and the bed was comfi.

I LOVED this rental!!! LOVED. The home is very roomy, brand new, and within a minutes walk from the beach. If I were to come to Gulfport I would not think twice about booking this location. Also, the host went above and beyond and was messaging and texting us after hours to make sure we had all our check in info set. We had a last minute reservation. Just a note for future guests but definitely not a deterrent - just a heads up because it caught me off guard. This company does require you to use “Guesty” to verify your info off Airbnb. That made me nervous but was legit. Also there is a train that runs nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, bring a white noise machine. I am going to suggest this host addd them to the rental. This place is a GEM. Don’t think twice about booking. ❤️

We loved this cottage! There were 4 of us, including 2 rambunctious little kids, and it was a good size for our needs. The playground right outside was an added bonus. Angela was very communicative and helpful when one of our kids accidentally reset the front door keypad.

Right on the beach and really easy to get to. All the things we needed were there and the condo was clean and beautiful. The only thing I would like to see is a shower outside to rinse sand from the beach otherwise awesome place to stay right on the boardwalk for those morning walks! We loved it!

Stunning Airbnb in the heart of downtown BSL! The house was in pristine condition & Angelina had so many thoughtful extras to make it feel like a true home away from home. The golf cart was a great added amenity! There were games & even sand toys - a total hit for my kids (ages 5-10). The location felt safe & was nice and quiet. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, and then could ride the golf cart anywhere else we wanted to go. 10/10 recommend this amazing house in BSL!

The house is situated perfectly from the beach and several delicious restaurants! Our host was amazing and was quick to reply to messages and had easy to follow instructions for check out and check in! Our family would definitely book again in the future !

Angelina was a great host - very responsive and made things easy. The cottage was adorable (cute art and furnishings) and in a peaceful location that is still close to downtown. It is close to the train tracks (this entire part of GPT is) and I honestly only heard one train during my 4 night stay and that train came through quickly in the early evening - truly was not a bother at all. The bed is fantastic! Super comfortable, nice linens and sheets/blankets/pillows were very clean (so much nicer than a hotel bed). Angelina provided some coffee which was really appreciated. Nights were unseasonably cold, but the the cottage was warm & cozy - the electric radiator heater provided an even, comfortable temperature and worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water too - just have to run the faucet for a little bit to get up to temperature, but once it does there is plenty of hot water - shower was nice. I would stay here again, I was very relaxed and at home.

We really enjoyed the Cozy Blue Cottage. It was so nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated with a beach theme. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where we felt comfortable to walk around. It was a short drive to the beach, grocery store, dollar store, and a reasonable drive to our tourist stops. The place was clean. The backyard/deck area was nice too, even though the cool spell prevented us using it a lot. It was fun to stay a week in this house!

The small house fit our needs for two people.  It was clean and as described with all of the supplies that you need on hand.  The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy when we first pulled in because of the age and lack of upkeep with surrounding houses and with an excess of cars parked in the streets and in people's front yards. We ended up not having any problems and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.  The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was nice.  My only complaint about the house itself was the laundry is located awkwardly outside in a tiny room that is hard to maneuver.  This wouldn't stop us from coming back but it may be difficult for larger people or people with mobility issues.

Beautiful home with lots of extras, excellent instructions, and spotless! The beach is just a block and 1/2 away with McDonald's, Walmart and other shopping and restaurants nearby. Side note, we really enjoyed Juan's Mexican restaurant with live music and impeccable service! Looking forward to staying here again!!
